However, the S8 Pro Ultra takes things one step further by incorporating a dual camera that can recognize objects and determine whether they are a wall or another surface. It is able to change its path in a way that is automatic and clean around the objects, without missing a step.
This is the most expensive of the three models I've reviewed however, it's also the most feature-packed. Its sleek and angular design is eye catching and comes with three buttons that are physically accessible. The power button, which also resumes the cleaning mop function, a button for cleaning that doubles as a child-lock and a home-button that can send the robot to its dock. The hinged lid opens up to reveal a 350ml dustbin as well as a 200ml tank of water. The water tank is automatically filled and the bin fills up automatically.
The only negative I found with this model is that its VibraRise mop pad mount isn't removable. It is possible to replace the mopping cloth if required, but it's not easy to remove the mount for manual washing.
